We want every edition to be perfect.
If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right. Here's our simple returns policy.
Our Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Kits that have been opened and newspaper sheets used or written on
- Digital downloads or printed template files
How to Return an Item
- Email us at hello@littleheadlines.co.uk with your order number and reason for returning. We'll reply within 1–2 business days.
- We'll send you the return address and a returns reference number. Please include this in your parcel.
- Pack the items securely and send them via a tracked service (Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For works well). Return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your kit arrives damaged or with missing items, we're sorry – and we'll sort it immediately.
Email hello@littleheadlines.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- A photo of the damage or missing items (helps us fix our packing)
We'll send a replacement or full refund – your choice – and we'll cover any return postage costs.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow:
- 5 business days from us receiving your return for us to process it
- A further 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to show the credit
We'll email you when your refund has been issued.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error with your order.
