Delivery FAQs
How will I know my order has been dispatched?
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your kit leaves us. If you chose Tracked 48, your email will include a Royal Mail tracking number.
Can I track my order?
Standard 2nd Class delivery doesn't include tracking. If you'd like to follow your parcel, select the Tracked 48 option at checkout for £3.99.
My order hasn't arrived – what should I do?
UK orders: please allow up to 7 working days before getting in touch. International orders: please allow up to 21 working days. If your order still hasn't arrived, email us at hello@littleheadlines.co.uk and we'll sort it out.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email us quickly at hello@littleheadlines.co.uk and we'll do our best to update it. Once dispatched, we can't redirect the parcel.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses?
We deliver to BFPO addresses. Unfortunately we're unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time.
